I am a Woodworker and Builder by Nature!!!

I enjoy being hands on.  Learning new things.  And nothing is more satisfying than the sense of accomplishment after you finish a project.  

I am a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Construction Management. I continued to work in home construction, repair and remodel, eventually having my own business doing Custom Woodworking. While I never thought I’d go back to school, over the years I have pursued my continuing education and ended up in Laney College’s technical programs in Carpentry and Wood Technologies. Loved it so much I stayed on as a teacher in the woodshop, where I had access to cutting edge equipment like CNC routers, Laser Cutters and so much more.

Covid threw everyone for a loop.  You have to go where the Value is. Since leaving the bay area and returning to LA, I have been looking for ways to use my skill sets to their fullest, and as a Real Estate agent with a background in building, I believe that I have the ability to not just know what the property is worth, but to see the potential of what it can become.  Looking for long term investments, Real Estate is definitely the best.  I bought my first house over 15 years ago and I am a true believer in the Value of Real Estate. Since then I have always kept an eye on the market and continuously look for deals and opportunities. Whether you are buying a home for yourself and your family, or looking for an investment property, I believe I have the ability to help.
